TOESDAY. Cold brisket of beef Stuffed tomatoes. Potai toes Salad Stowed Apricots. £ Sagi Pudding. STUFFED TOM VTOES ; Soven or eight tomatoes. A few mushrooms 1 onion 1 cup of breadcrumbs. Seasoning 2 tablespooufulb o£ minced ham 3 tablespoon 'i fuls of butter 1 dessertspoonful of , chopped parsloy. 1 M«lt the butter, add all tho other *ngrodi ents, and stir over tho fire seven or eight s minute* Cut a small piece out of the smooth end of etch tomato Scoop out tho centre ' with a teaspoon Add some of this part to the : mixture in tho pan Then fill tho tomatoes fWith the forcemeat Place than in a pie ' cush and strew them with brown breadcrumbs find a little grated cheese Biko them from ' f 'JO to 30 minutes. , FOR TO MORROW t Cold melt.
