At the close of the morning service in Levin Presbyterian Church on Sunday a congregational meeting was held, the Rev. J. White, presiding The following were elected to fill the vacant offices caused by removals from the distnet —Elders lle&,r« Wm Stewart and H Y Newport, managers Messrs S Pole, L. & Borron, and femclhe Madame Nordica lectured on Spintualism on Sunday e\eaing in tho Oddfellows' Hall It is probable that the new convent to be built here will be begun in March next It is stated that a new Orange Lodge is to be inaugurated in Levin Profieiencj certificates lme been granted to the following scholars in Standard VI, Levin District High School —Reginald Butt, Harry Butler, John Bartholomew, Lee Bennett, Enoch Coppin, Jas Cameron, Geo Franco, Clarence Holdaway, Leslie Martin, Jas.
