The magistrate jald that, allowing ample margin for error there was still complete evidence to justify him in saying that the speed was dangerous. He was strongly of opinion that the matter had got to such a point in Christchurch that, judging by v wnat one saw, the motor-care were frequently a menace to the publio in the public thoronghfarts.
