Tho Wanganui Infant School is in a very di-lapidated-and insanitary state,; but - frequent appeals-to the Government, to provide d better building have been unavailing. Tho School Committee to-day, telegraphed to Mr.- Hogan, M.P., asking him to lirgo the matter on-the Government before the session closes, adding, "it is absolutely cruel to allow or -compel children and teachers ,'■ to work' : in'' this hot, weather- in-such an: unwholesome and. inconvenient building." ..
