Tho 'Wellington Choral Society has decided to include Sir Edward Elgar's ' oratorio, "The Dream of Gerontius," in next year's list of. choral works to bo performed, and ■ has sent ,to London for tho music. Tho oratorio is one of tho most notable works of its kind written ;in tho last generation, and is accounted the finest oratorio over composed by an Englishman at any time.
