. x HALF-MILLION INCREASE IN THE ESTIMATES. (Dy Teleeraph-l'ress Asuoclatlon-Oopyrlßht.) Berlin, November 22. Tho Naval Estimates, introduced by the German Minister for tho Navy, Admiral von Tirpitz, include an increase of half a million sterling, owing to the large-sized Dreadnoughts. An addition'of 3500 men makes tho total personnel of the fleet 57,500. ' , Tho widening and deepening of tho Kaiser Wilhelm Canal, costing twenty millions sterling, will bo completed in 1915.
