THE NEW ZEALAND ASSOCIATION. Notwithstanding the expense of sending a team to compete at the Australasian Chdmpionships, the council is able' to showa profit on tho working of the association tine® taking office in April. The Australasian championships were held iii Brisbane in-August. The -New Zealand Association -Was represented ,by Messrs..7W. . A. Wfiodger, who.won tho 100 yards and 220 yards; L. M'Hay, tie' for the pole vault; 11. B. Kerr, one arid three mile*walks; G.P; Keddell. I2Q, . yards and-'..449. yards hurdles," and- second 'in .-'running br-.id jump; 31.; Dickson.' three miles rhil; G, M'Knight and' S. W. Moore.
