JS-BOMEfKrES Jib cold veal, minced, 1 heaped table spoonful of minced ham, 2 or 3 mushrooms, 1 tablespoonful of cream seasoning, pastry, butter sauce Make a batter sance out of a dessertspoonful of butter, rolled in 1 dessertspoonful of flour, to which add 3 or 4 tablespoonfula cf stock or milk. Stir well all the timo, until it boils and thickens well Add the meat and mushrooms, a grating of nutmeg, a very little lemon juice or vinegar, 1 tablespoonful of cream or nnlk, *ith a little butter melted m it. Mix all well together, and let it cool Roll some pasto out very thinly, and cut into rounds, with a round cutter Put somo of the mixture on $ach piedo, fold over, pinch the edges Brush each piece with egg, roll in breadcrumbs, and fry in boiling fat Drain, eerre on a napkin, garnished with parslej. lift! TO-MORROW. 2lb fillet of steak, ilb tomatoes, cauliflower, 1 dozen bananas, 3 oggs, 1 pint of milk
