Hobbs reads a paper, on workers' insurance schemes,: while Mr. T.'K. Sidoy, M.Pi, is explaining the New Zealand Local Time Bill, and while the disoussion on apprentices^and the law relating, to them takes place. In connection with tho last matter, Mr. W. S.'
