S.M., with that, on October 19, he did' aS~livor to himself within, tho No-Licenso area of Maetorton a package containing liquor, 6uok package not being laboUod according to tho Act. Patrick Cosbn, lico'nsoe of the Taratahi Hotel, was also charged with Bonding theabove liquor into tho i No-License aroa of Masterton without having properly labelled it. The two casos woro taken together. Costiu in his evidence stated that Booth signed for tho boer, and tho order went through the Court in tho usual form. Hβ tamld swear that ho affixed the gum label to the keg before delivering l it. The Magistrate paid that the case against Costin would bo dismissed,, as it was not his fault it the label accidentally came off. Decision, in th« case' against" Boothy/was re- , served. William E. Jonos was charged with th*t, between, September 20 and October 21, he did. keep hquoi for sale within the No-Liconso aroa of Maetcrton. ' - * Counsel for accused contended that the ordering of liquor did not provo'that it was kept for salo. Accused was not at his house at the time of tho «c«ure of the liquor.
