J- INSOBRIETY. For insobriety, one hrst offender was convicted and discharged, 'and two wc ro fined Bs and 10e. rispectiTcly. Elisabeth Albeon Woods and Albert Hesifick were lined 10s. each, Annie M'Grath, with seventeen convictions, ■nas fined 20s, and John Cameron irai sent to prison for a rfionth. Miohael Wolsh pleaded guilty to charges of dmnkennoss and of resisting Constablo Nolan in the execution of his duty. On the. fijnt charge he wwi fined ss, or 24 hours' imprisonment, and on the latter, a fine of 40? wai inflicted, or in the alcernative li days' imprisonment. |
