ALLEGED " FAKING." " A London cablegram of - Octobor 15 stated s " The Peary Arctic Club, in continuance' of its campaign against Dr. Cook,' Commander Peary's rival;in connection with tho claim to' tho discovery of the North Pole, has issued. another atatemont. .with' the object of discrediting.
