While attending tho breaking-up ceremony at the Napier. Boys' and Girls'. High Schools last year Lord Plunkat offered prizes for the best answers on a paper on India to bo set by himself. The competition took place yesterday morning, and aroused the greatest interest amongst the pupils. In the senior division eighttoon boys and twenty-eight girls competed, while six l boys and twenty-three girls came forward in tho junior' division.
