That was tho third occasion on which statements had appeared in The Dominion about railway matters that ■ wore totally, wrong. They, had been givon" out by_some member who had access to the files. If that was the action of tho leading morning paper, ho would : leave "the public to judge in the matter. As a matter of fact, the papers wore in his hands just them. They would show that the recommendation was to approve tho Appeal Board's recommendation.
