Ultimately, the debate was adjourned bj 30 votes to 27, and as it was then too late for the Prime Minister to mtroduco his Loan Bill, notice of which had been rccoived from the Sovernor, Sir Joseph Ward moved tho adjournment at 1,10 a m The amount of the Loan Bill is understood to' be in the vicinity of ene million pounds. •>
