ANNUAL,MEETING.;'.:•'', There was.a good .attendance at the annual meeting of the Civil Service' ;Sports' : Club, which took place last night.; 'The chair was occupied; by. a vice-president,' Mr.. Marryatt;': ■It was stated in tho.annual 1 -report that tho number on tho roll now stood tt 87, of whom 6S were active members.' Theahariks of tho club was acknowledged to Messrs; D. Robertson, P. Waldegrave,. and E. A.• Dawson 'for donations and, to. Mr. ,A. H. MeTryatt for practical help given during tho year. In regard, to evening meetings, the •prospects seemed to be brighter, owing to the increasing humyoung runners. It was hoped that a Civil Service, championship meeting would be arranged in the course of the seasons Referonce was then made in the report'to the fine performance of. \V: A.
