It is receiving. n> 'support among;' tho general body of tho Afrikander Bond and Het Volk (the Transvaal Boer .'party).' ~ .; /On September 20 the Durban correspondent of the "Daily Mail" reported: "The Natal delegates who have returned from the South Africaiv Conference in London state that Generals Botha (Premier of the Transvaal) and Smuts (Colonial Secretary of the TransvaalV are determined that the Boer organisations Het Volk (ia tho Transvaal) nn'd Orangia Unlo (in the Orange Free State) shall disband in order to demonstrate that there is no longer any racial feeling." The correspondent added: "General Botha and Dr. Jameson (Progressive Leader in Cape Colony,' and formerly Premier of that State) nro discussing a proposal for .the formation of a coalition Cabinet composed ' of moderate elements in the British Progressive and Dutch parties," ■. .
