Callehder) in'his annual.report stated; that'the centre had' now a credit/balance of 415 IBs.'' Ten clubs had affiliated, and eleven clubs fan by permit, making . altogether; .21/ clubs. running under the,rules of the New Zealand Athletio Uniou in Hawke's Bay-ran increase of three since the'previous year. •' On the.motion.bf Mr. /JVhittington, seconded by .Mr. Forbes, the report was adopted. The election' of- officers for the enauing.yeaf resulted as. follows Mr. E. D. D. M'Lean; ,vice-presidents, Messrs. G. ' Hunter, S. Johnston and C.
