The letter cam© up for consideration at to-day's meeting of the board.- ' ■ Mr. Hardy, M.P.y moved that the'letter be received.- The matter had been so lately under the consideration of the board that he thought it would be a pity to-reopen the question at present.- ■ The board had gone fully into the matter and had arrived at - a decision after careful-consideration. .'.
