It is widely believed in Parliamentary circles that in tho event of rejection of tho Budget tho Government will movO an adjournment for a few weeks, resummoning Parliament in December to xonsider measures nedesßary to meet tho financial stress, and to pass resolutions strongly condemning the action of tho Houso of Lords. ~ ..'■;. > . Mr. Alexander Ure, Lord Advocate for. Scotland, spenking at Gateshead, Durham, said he believed tho country would, by tho Budget proposals, get.'revenue rising each year until it drew millions a year out of the land without inflicting a particle of injusiico on any human being. Tho people, continued tho Lord Advocate, must settle the question of tho Budget for themselves,: and they would have' an early Opportunity of doing so. :•' .
