' THIS IS TO NOTLFY that at a Special Meeting of the Wellington Harbour Board, hold on TUESDAY, tho 14th day of i SEPTEMBER, 1903, at a quarter :past two o'clock in the afternoon, certain now By-laws p were, submitted to, adopted,-and passed by the J said Board, and that such By-laws will come into force on the Ist day of October, 1809.
