NOTICE is, hereby given that it is tho intention of the Wellington City Council to introduce in tho next easuinp session of Pavlinmcnt the Wellington (City) Streets Empowering Bill. Tho objects that tho said Bill is intcn'ded to effect are:— • ; . 1.
