' The police at Croydon report that a man named Bradshaw surrendered himself for shooting a girl named Proberte (with whom ho had lived at Carxon) in the leg. .The police visited the placo, and found tho girl's mother, Alioo Sutherland, dead, and her husband dangerously wounded. Both had been shot in the abdomen. Sutherland subsequently succumbed. No mention is mode in tho report of tho condition of'tho girl Proborts. Bradshaw has beon arTosted on a charge of murder.
