INDIAN CRI'EVANCES. APPEAL AGAINST SOUTH AFRICAN TREATMENT. (Rec. Sopt«mber 15, 11 p.m.) Bombay, September 15. ' A crowded meeting at Bombay adopted a t/ppeal to tho Imperial Government to pri vent the continued injustice and cruelty 1 Indians in South Africa; abd decided to ri quest tho Government of India, pending se tlement of tho grievances, ..to stop tho r< cruiting ill India of labour for South. Afric; A cominitteo was appointed to collect fund for tho relief of Indians deported from Sout Africa.
