Jameson, ex-Premier of Capo Colony, has returned from • Carlsbad, tbo Bohemian watering-placo,' greatly improved in health. Dr. Jameson announces that political developments in South Afiica prevent his devoting himsolf to the development of Rhodesia. Ho now intends to seek election in the Union Parliament. The- cx-Prcmier says he had hoped that a coalition would hold office in the early years of tho union, but a continuaneo of tho precont party division is inevitable, and it mil delay tlio total disappearance of tho racial problem which has been the curso of South ASrioa. , As coalition has boon found impossible, Dr. Jameson will return in November to assist; his p.tity.
