There are others waiting for their opportunity) which will tome so soon as the Dairy Commissioner's staff is ready "to say the word.',' Apparently tho growth.of thomovo-, ment this year will be limited only by'tho ability !of' the commissioner's small staff to give the advisory and technical assistance which, is promised,. Probably tho .staff will not encourage the, formation of very many associations Tor the present year, as thoy do-, siro to. focus more than an, ordinary share of their attention upon a ,few first associations in order that their success , may he doubly assured and that they may. prove good guides to those which follow after..
