Stamps Department will bo reconsidered at nest meeting of the Cabinet;Tho Wanganui County Council is still marking time in reference to tho repair of the lootpath at Taylorvillc, where a portion of the bank.slipped into the river. The fact that a man fell into tho hole on Saturday night, fortunately just saving himself from going into the river, may perhaps wake the council up.
