(Specially written for The Dominion ) r - TUESDAY. V r Boast Leg of Mutton. Baked Potatoes, r Cauliflower. Apple' Pudding. Cheese Aigrettes. 1 ' 'CHEESE AIGRETTES Quarter pint of water, 2oz butter, 2oz flour, So?, cheese, 2 eggs, cayenne and salt to taste. Put the watei and butter into a saucepan and when boiling shake in tho flour, stirring nil the time, and cook until the mixture leaves the sides of tho saucijin. Beat in the eggs, beat well, Add/thej; v t ese, and cayenne and Bait to taste, uady a saucepan half full of boiling"'if, and drop about 1 teaspoon- ' ful of the mixture in at a time. Fry a gelden bioun and serve very hot. , FOR TO-MOEEOW. Lean ham, pnipns, ingredients for batter, leeks, figs, suet.
