OPERATIONS START NEXT WEEK. With tho exception of one or two minor details, everything in connection with- the extension of tho tramway through Maranui to Lyell Bay is now in readiness, and instructions, have been given; by the City Enijinoor (Mr. W. H. Morton) that the work is' to bo commenced early next week.
