The canister was supposed to liavo fallen accidentally among tho coal at tlio mine. This discovery, however, is not an isolated case, for, whilo the cruise/Duko of Edinburgh was coaling at Spithead yesterday from a South Wales collier, after a small quantity of coal had been taken from the bunkers, three mining cartridges were discovered.
