Add the tlour, and the stock, and stir until ic boils. - -Then' add tho meat, and season to tasted Turn tho mixture. 011-to a plat© to. - cool. Roll. the pastry out very thinly,-and cut it into rounds with a round . cutter. Put. a" spoonful 6f the meat mixture on each round.' Wet the edges and fold °) clv Dip each'croquette into the egR; then .into breadcrumbs. and. fry in hot fat. Drain on paper,' garnish with parsley, and.' serve. : FOR TO-MORROW.
