FOR'SUNDAY. , ' , Sirloin of beef, 2 dozen oysteis, stock, paisnips, ingredients foi a plain plum pudding, apples, pastiy. ' i ' SUPPEK. ' i Cold Beef, Tonguo Shape. Beetroot. *Passion Fruit Cream. Banana Trifle. t , PLUM PUDDING (PLAIN). Two breakfastcupfuls of flour, one breakfastcupful of ounants, and one of sultanas, one breakfastcupf ul'of sugar, one tablespoonful of butter, three-quarter cupful of boiling water, thiee-quarter cupful of cold water, one teaepoonful of soda, one teaspoonful of spice, half nutme? giated. Pissolve the butter _in the hot water. Dissolve fho soda in the' cold -water. Mix all the dry ingredients, add tho water, mix and leave all nighty rinse a cloth in cold water. Put in the pudding, tie it Up loosely and boil for 1 four hours. i
