(Government subsidy) had teen, credited to tho borough's account. -i The council resolved,, on tho recommendation , of tho Works Committee, that Mr., T. : Ward's . proposals for tho sewefago'and, watering of tho';; )' Avelyn Estato bo referred to ,the District Health Officer and tho' city authorities, and , i that tho borough enpiueor report on tho odvisablenesS of substituting a'reservoir for •• the supply of tho whole borough.
