Mine the ham '(Tean 'bacon oi' : sa.lt -pork answers); If-tlie meat is dry add one tablespooii- . ful.of grjivy. - Season, with.pepperj salt, grated - nuttucg,'and a little ,'lemon -peel" grated;'add tho : breadcrumbs, ■ and mix : with : th'o beaten eggs' until ; like-'. forcemeat.; Biittor, a. mould, line it .with ; macaroni boiled until tender in salted water.... Mix the rest of the macaroni with the. other. *'■ Fill the mould, cover, with • buttered pajxir, and . steam, for about one hour.
