From this month onwards tho Cunard liners will land passengers and mails at Fishguard, in Pembrokeshire. , [The present arrangement under which the Cunarders' call at Queenstown and then go on to Liverpool has long been criticised from tho standpoint'of mail delivery; hence the alteration.
