Connell with rails and wire. After consulting the • Engineer, the council decided to ask 'Mr. Connell to remove the obstructions. Messrs. Gawith and Logan forwarded a draft 'agree- - ment between the settlers on Fernridge'for the proposed Upper Fernridge water supply. It was decided to inform the promoters that - a plan must be deposited' with the council, and other formalities complied with 'before ./.ction coiild be taken by the council. Mr. R.
