A COALITION IN ARMS.
(By Telegraph—Special Correspondent) Auckland, August 7. Addressing the King's College cadets at the presentation of colours to that company Colonel Wolfe, 0.C.D., said:— . "The day may not be far distant when Great Britain will be face to face with a coalition in arms, but the. Empire will be able to face this danger and her readiness will be terrible to them. The Motherland will find it is covered by the overseas Dominions. I care not whether we talk of this dominion'or that dominion, we are all one. We spring from tho Motherland, and she has given us a great tradition. You are all Britons, and you have a great past f o live up to. If ever you go into action, which I feel is sure in tho future. I trust you will bear in mind the sacred colours at King's Collego, which will give you inspiration to higher things."
