Mr. Yarwood, reprtsenting the'Austral-' asian Corporation of Accountants, is urging the Colonial Office to grant a.cliartor to the corporation. He asserts that tho Victorian Government is under a misapprehension, as a charter will not deprive existing institutes of their rights under Victorian.legislation; but will enablo accountants of other States to practise anywhere in Australia with an Australian degree. • ■ ■■ '"•.'
