St. Mary's Homos' Bazaar.

; -The bazaar and entertainments in aid.of St.' Marj-'s .Homes divide the Sydney Street School between thorn, tho lower room boing filled with stalls, and the large hall left for tho, ''audiences'' at the entertainments which are to be given each evening.' Tho stalls have all .been: very prettily arranged, each with its own colour, and the goods look very attractive. The stall nearest tho door, which is under tho charge of Miss Seddon and Miss Lockij';'' is dovotcd to dolls and mechanical toys, .every doll beautifully dressed by come friend of tho guild. The lace and china especially' attracted many purchasers, and another stall possessing great fascinations, was entirely stocked with cushions of varied design. A room opening out of the main'hall served as a tearoom,' and good business was done there all tho afternoon and evening. In the evening the entertainment was arranged by Miss R. ■ Simpson, ,and the little farce, "Chiselling," was given by Miss B. Miles, who did excellently.astheamusing landlady; Miss V. Fulton, and Messrs. Lawrence, B. Watson, and J. Stout. This:was followed by.the entertaining little sketch, "A Pair of Lunatics," in which the parts •were taken by Miss Elsie Watson and Mr. Mills.
