GREEK FLAG IN CRETE.

Constantinople, August '4. ■ The hoisting of the Greek flag in Crete after 'the -departure' of the international troops Baa aroused intense feeling in Turkey. •' A Chauvinistic spirit prevails among the army. Serious complications ate threatened. GREEK POLICY. The international troops were withdraws from Crete on July 28, but the protecting Powers (Groat Britain, Bussia, Franco, and Italy) have warned the Cretan Government that they will watch over, the safety of the Mohattimediin inhabitants and Will re-establish order ■in the event of a disturbance.
