Teheran is quiet. The bazaars have been reopened. ■ [Ahmed Mirza, the new Shah, is not the deposed' Shah's eldest son. According to the Constitution, the Shah's succcssor must bo his eldest ■ son, or- next, malo heir in succession, whose mother -was a Kajar princess. The deposed Shah's eldest son does not succeed, bocausa his mother was not a Kajar prmcxvss. Ahmed Mirza, being of the approved mater-, nity, succeeds to-tho throne which his father failed 'to hold.
