AN ELTHAM SETTLER'S PROPOSALS. Mr. Sergei introduced to a meeting of the FJtham Fanners' Union: Executive on' Saturday last the matter of'manufiar experiments and said that he'would like' to' see',; v some united action by members of the branch' in .carrying out .experiments that would cover' a period of, j say, two' or-/three year's.
