July 16, 1.16 a.m.) ' Sydney, July 15. , Tho. five survivors of the Norwegian barque Errol, wnioh was wrecked on Middleton Reef, with tho loss, by drowning or starvation, of sixteen lives,'are making satisfactory progress towards recovery. There is a strong feeling locally that tho Government should place a depot on Middleton'Rcef for the relief of castaways.
