Ho would liko to seo a Bill passed declaring that tho continuance of largo estates was contrary to public policy, that every one should bo gradually resumed, and that if tho owners drl not voluntarily divide them, tho Stato would do so. Tho Labour members enthusiastically cheered Mr. Reid.
