July 14, 0.5 a.m.) , Sydney, July 13. During tho debate on tho censuro motion, in the Stato Assombly, Mr. Donaldson, a monibor of tho Aborigines' Protection Board, made an appeal 'on behalf of half-caste-children in aborigines camps, who, ho declared, ' were being dragged up in bad surroundings without being given a chanco of leading useful lives.' Mr. Donaldson stated that last year thero wore 2152 full-blood and 4781 half-caste aboiigincs in New South Wales. Compared with tho year 1882,, the full-bloods ehowod a decreaso of 4398 and the half-castes an increase of 2412. t " i _
