•UNION FUNDS. (By Telegraph.-Pre3s Assoclallon.-CoDyrlsht 1 (Rec. July 11, 5.5 p.m.) London, July 10. Another trade unionist has obtained an injunction to prevent the South Wales Miners' Federation devoting funds to pay Labour members of ,tho House of Commons.
COURT. OF APPEAL'S DECISION,
This action, and, the preceding one. that is rsforred to, represent an attempt'by the Conserrative members of the South Wales Miners' Federation to take advantage of tho decision of tho Court of AppoaJ (arrived'at in November) that a trade* union is not empowered to make a. levy of its funds for the support of members of the JTouso of Commons.
