London, July 2, The newspaper "Grocer" gives prominonco to reports of excessive moisture in Now Zealand butter, and btomee the Government for not onforcing tho Export Act, 'but in granting graders' certificates whon thoy know that much of tho buttor from Now Plymouth and Auckland showe an excess of moisture.
