Sir;— Your,. correspondent; "Walter Leslie," in your issue of to-day, re Oriental Bay improvement, scampers into.print and sneers at .'.'Sylvius,"-and sets himself up as a champion _ for the residents of the. Bay—a selfaprJomted champion, and ignorant of ' the facts about which he writes. He should take the' trouble to ascertain the facts before he scampers into print.
