The exceptional character, of the property is stated to be obvious to those interested, and the company, which has on its share list the names of a number of leading arid wealthy colonists, and it is claimed that it will start off with advantages enjoyed by no other existing enterprise of the sarao character in the Dominion. It is anticipated that from the date of the signing of the contract it will take some twelve months before tho company's output is oh:the market.
