At tho Concert Chamber of the Town Hall oil Thursday and Friday evenings next, the students of Victoria .College are holding their annual carnival. Tho students will sing their specially-written songs on topical subjects, varying from tho Dreadnought,gift to tho' prevailing fashions.'
